The Power of Why

WHY that wonderful word that questions everything we say and do. WHY is such a magical word. It inspires us to take action in our lives. It prompts us to make decisions, and decisions are the driving force to our lives. So WHY is it that we forget to use it as we get older? So often we skip the WHY to what we are doing and jump right to the what and how. But let me ask you something if you don’t know WHY you are doing what you are doing then WHY should you do it? Another great question is WHY are you still doing what you are doing? And WHY should or shouldn’t you continue to do it? Think about children and how inquisitive their minds are. We all started out asking those very same questions of WHY when we were once small. Somewhere along the way we stopped asking and became so wrapped up in multi-tasking and jumped right to the what and hows. Maybe it is time to go back to the basics and ask WHY you are doing everything you do from eating to exercise to your daily habits. WHY should or shouldn’t you change? Are you getting your desired results? If not then its time for a change. Change always begins with clarity and clarity begins with knowing your WHY. Great leaders inspire others by knowing their WHY. Become a leader and share your WHY. Enjoy Life Lori Meadows

I understand and will begin to ask myself this very important question. I have been lost and need to know why I haven't been moving forward lately. It is a simple question...why? Thank you Lori.

This is a Tony Robbins answer that I think you will love. Key beliefs It's not what happen, it's what you do that makes the difference.

In order for things to change for you, you must change.

Look for people who have the results you want, find out what they are doing, and do the same thing. I hope that helps and give you more to work with more tools in your tool chest. Enjoy Life Lori
